any one know any links to some skin pallets I know I could make my own but I would like to see what other skin pallets look like. I searched google and didnt find much.

Just walk through all the tutorials. I believe I got mine from star-beams, tipsie and another one.. *-)

why do you use skinpaletts? o.o
I think its more easier to change the color to b/w and set the layer to "Illuminanz" don't know what it means in english. but.. well... xD

Alot of times, I use skin palettes as a base and put other colours over it, so that every skin palette is different.

Yeah I just select colours from the actual image, the colours look more real I think.

Sometimes I use the original image as a reference for my skincolours, sometimes I select it from the colourpallete (light orange/pinkish) and then I just keep selecting a darker colour.. also at times I use a light base colour a very dark to shade but at a very low opacity, that keeps getting darker as I add more layers.. well you get the idea. :P
