I don't know how you could retrieve it, sorry.. but aw that sucks so bad! *hug* The best thing is, do it again asap because now it's still all fresh in your mind. And now you can do it even better! |

yer ... i shall probably bring myself to open the psd again in a little while... the thing is when things like this happen it always disheartens me and makes me think 'ah cant be bothered to do it again' which drives me mad because i shouldn't think that but i agree when i do redoe it it might turn out better who knows

My PSP crashes every half hour so I know how you feel... so I just keep saving then I get lazy and lose most of it.
Turn on Autosave and put it on the lowest setting (1 min or whatever). It makes your program run slower, but when your program crashes, you'll be glad you turned it on. |

I'm sorry to hear that :(
I've never lost a vexel because of a powercut, but once my brother deleted a vexel I had been working at least 10 hours.
I almost kiledl him, and I'm pretty sure I'll never aproach that picture again :P |

It wasn't on the recycle bin either. He made sure he really did delete everything >.<
Actually, he does that to me all the time. Yesterday he deleted a vexel for a collab.
At least that way I keep security safes of everything. |

Sam, you could try finding a program or i'm sure you can password protect files but i'm not sure. |

Yer I'm sure there is a way to keep your brother away from them. So you share a computer, but could you make a seperate account for yourself with a password on it, with your own protected folders? (unless your brother is admin, then he can can see it anyway..:( ) But then again, I'm sure there is a way. |

If someone did that to me, I'd back up all the files in like, password protected zips and then make the file invisible...but i'm evil |

On my PSP7 you go to:
File> Preferences> Autosave Settings> Enable Autosave > and then you put the amount of minutes you want :D
And yeah, I know there are ways to protect files and all, but at the end saving files on a CD is way easier anyway.
Plus, he almost doesn't do it anymore. I almost killed him the last time ;P |

I'm so happy this happend not to me so far xD
I'll save my vexels really often. I begin with a1 and then go further (a2,a3... ). Thats because sometimes I mess the vexel up and then I can use one of the earlier ones :)
