Looks like the file was corrupt, did you combine both files into one. Your the first with this problem, usally it's PhotoShop with the corrupt cab file.
Also make sure each part 1 & 2 are the same size
I just noticed that your trying to install from the rar file itself. That dosen't always work so put it in a seperate folder and unzip it, cross your fingers maybe that will do it! Some programs won't work with that method.
