Using references isn't a bad thing, most people use them. Or perhaps you meant to say this was a vexel you randomly made?

Ok,my bad to tell you the truth I made the vexel from the picture but I didn't know that it was already an advertisement because i got it from a scan someone made and i wasn't aware of it being an ad. already,so i will change the description,I do not want to make it look as if I did the ad. originally.I vexelled it then decided to make it as an advertisement,so i guess it's a big coincidence.

erm,and could i suggest that you should make the eyelashes a lot thinier (if you're going towards the realistic style)
