to be honest i don't think you did the hair here. the lips are good though. edit//ahh i misunderstood your description. i thought it said that you selected and filled the hair.

lol if u had read the description, u would've noticed that the fact that I didn't do the hair was mentioned. -edit- oh that I DID. His hair was brown and didn't have streaks, but it's still not considered vexeled since I didn't really draw the base of his hair. |

i recognized him right away -- i think you did a great job on this :) my only suggestion is maybe you could have smoothed the skin out a bit more so the colors blend together. other than that it looks good |
