First - I love love love love Rachel McAdams so props to you for choosing a gorgeous model =D
I think it's really good for your first. I could tell it was Rachel when i first looked at it. I would suggest more layers for the skin, her face should be a little brighter in some areas (the forehead,nose and cheeks) and her nose needs more definition. You've done a really good job though =D
