The shading on the skin is nice. For the eyes, if I could recommend something? The irises are kind of 'wobbly'- whether you use a selection tool or the pen tool you can select circles that will be smooth (should work in both photoshop and PSP). There's a circular marquee tool (if you're using the selection tool) and an elliptical shapes tool if you're using pen. Cheers! : )
