I was listenin to the song Miss Delaney by Jack's Mannequin, thus the name.
I just loved this picture of Jennifer Garner so I had to do it. I played with some colors and what not and got that effect, and then vexeled it! I personally love the eyes.
Been workin' on it for about a week now; hope you like!
