Alrighty, first things first -- I know this isn't my best work. ^^; But there's a story behind it, I promise.
So, I was lurking around the internet, as usual, then I found this amazing picture, so I thought, hmmm interesting. Usually, I would just let it off or make it into an icon, but then I came up with an idea...
"I'm going to challenge my 'skills' and vector this unposterized, zomz!" Well, that's exactly what I did, and at the same time tried out a new hair technique. But yes, the shading may be a bit off because of the lack of posterizing. :P
In other words this an experimental piece.
2 hours in Illustrator. It was fun while it lasted, because I was getting a bit annoyed with my other two. ^^;
PS. Call him a "blonde emo boy" and I will come and kidnap your cat/dog/parents. >_>; It's HYDE (Vocalist of Japanese band L'arc~En~Ciel, and perfection walking on earth.). Not Emo. |

The shading is great, especially since you didn't posterize. I love the hair, too. Great work!

zomg i love Hyde's voices.. its so pretty, theres this one solo song he sings in english (kinda has a french feel to it..) its amazing, and .. sexy O.o*
Anyways, this looks great sometimes i posterize, sometimes i dont =S I think it works for you!
