The eyes are indeed very beautiful!
A tip would be to look at the color difference... you don't really see a transistion. And I think you blurred it too much.
Not that I have the right too speak actually cuz I'm a rather poor vexeller myself =P
Overall I think its a good vexel! You are on my watchlist btw =P
