Flower
For my art exam. ive been studying flowers, and for my final piece ive decided to make a set of 3 pop art painings inspired byroy lichtenstein, but incorporating a flower into the design, which on my final piece will pop out from the rest of the painting. this vexel is to show my transition from flowers into pop art.
i drew the flower and then vexelled it, and the person in it is me, i decided itd be easier than making up my own person and then i can get the pose just right without infringing on any cpyright lawas:P.

cc welcome

I did a Roy Lichtenstein piece also, but I didn't use doats as he did. And mine was a direct copy of his. Your's is beautiful and very much like his. I really love this.

I like Pop-art work from Roy Lichtenstein.
Your vexel is so beautifull..better than my drawing for that subject.
I really love the flower and the colours.

First of all I have to say that I think it's a very nice picture, very catching... it def reminds me of Roy Lichtenstein. The flower is I think my favourite part, but you also did very well on the colours.
When I saw this vexel I almost immidiately pushed my seat to the back of my room, to look at it at a distance.. cause with this type of art the polka dots are, seen at a distance, supposed to flow into each other in one colour, right? but well, with yours that didn't really happen. :( I dunno why, maybe the dots are too close to each other.. but yeah. It doesn't really matter though, just something I noticed. ;)

Yeah the polka dots are, but that didnt work too well so i just decided that the individual polka dots would be a feature of mine, and also i thought it would make it easier when reproducing them in paint.
thanks for the comment:)
