I really like the outcome of this vexel. It took a while but I was trying to make this a rather softer/more innocent piece. The original was slightly bad quality and was much darker than this, so firstly I lightened it to give it a more heavenly-tone. Therefore, to sustain the lightness of it, I kept the skin shading light and the colours of the shirt etc as well.
All in all this took around 6-7 hours although it was spread around in about 2-3 weeks (been very busy lately!) |
