if u wana use photoshop, ucud jus try loads n loads of stroked paths

otherwise i'd jus draw it...

The first one looks like a hand draw illustration, made with ink. Not like something made on Photoshop.
And for making the second one... well, you need to develop a technique, it's not like you can really ask someone how to do it. Or at least that's what I think.
