what feature does image ready have that is so special?
I noticed it has something to do with html. what can you do with the html? |

Im not sure about HTML, but I use it when I just want to do something quick. It loads a LOT quicker than photoshop.
It's also to be versatile in as many programs as possible. Those skills will come in handy one day! |

it's the program i use to do image slicing on my webpage (fleur-du-monde.com) and my xanga. u can do a lot of other stuff with it too |

Code tables, i think i read somewhere you can make a stylesheet? not sure ~_~, slice images, image mapping (with hovering and stuff)
its really handy, i use it for all my table layouts

I only use it for imagemapping and slicing images. Other than that, Photoshop is my best friend. :) |

If you want to use images as links on your layout, instead of making tables then putting individual buttons in it puts a "map" over it that tells the browser where the links are.
ImageReady is for web graphics, like layouts, buttons, etc, and Photoshop is for general graphic design.
