Ghost in the shell

* from Ghost in the shell, one of my favourite movies

The model is Farrah Summerford, the original picture found on celebscentral.net months ago. I waited until I had the right movitation and inspiration to work on it, because I didn't want to ruin the idea I had in mind for a long time.

made in Illustrator CS2, about 275 paths and 12 hours of work (on and off) in one week

Since you said you wanted critique and I don't want to be another annoying "OMG ITS PERFECT LOL THIS IS NOT HELPING IN ANY WAY!!!" type comment, her ears are kind of lacking... perhaps just a few shadows could fix that. I'm not sure what it is, but her shoulders are sort of bothering me. Oh well. It's gorgeous.
choochootrain 31 May 06 - 11.17pm	I lovethe quote and how the pictures matches perfectly. The only thing I can think of is that the fold the headband makes on her hair doesn't seem very realistic, as if there's not bend at all. But other than that, I totally love it. EDIT//////: Totally, completely, take back the whole bend thing. The more I look at it, the more I saee how wrong I was. I'd also like to add one more thing: Her eyes are amazing, such a place for focus in the vexel.
